At a chance meeting at the National Mosque in Abuja, President Bola Tinubu and former Vice President Atiku Abubakar engaged in a warm handshake.
They met at the National Mosque in Nigeria’s capital city for Jumat prayers and wedding ceremony of Senator Danjuma Goje’s daughter.
The event was also attended by the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, Abdullahi Ganduje; Bauchi State Governor, Bala Mohammed; former Borno State Governor, Senator Ali Modu Sheriff; and Senator Ali Ndume.

The Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, released the photographs of the meeting of Tinubu and Abubakar in a post on his X handle.
Onanuga wrote: “President Tinubu meets old friend Atiku Abubakar at the National Mosque.
“It was at the Jumat and wedding of the daughter of Senator Danjuma Goje.”
