The Lagos State Task Force on Environmental Sanitation has sealed the popular Computer Village in Ikeja area of the state.
The sealing of the ever-busy outlet for mobile telephones and office equipment, was effected on Thursday morning, sources said.
Though the reason for the action by the Task Force was yet to be established as at press time, this is not the first time such an action would be taken.
The major complaint about the business area is the state of sanitation and the operation of road side marketers.
As at press time, the village was yet to be opened, with shop owners hanging around the area.
Ordinarily, shops in the village should have opened by 10am on Thursday, when the weekly sanitation exercise for markets in Lagos is observed.
