The Abia State Governor, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu, will play host to his Sokoto State counterpart, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, who is will pay a one-day working visit to the state on Wednesday.
While in Abia State, the former Speaker of the House of Representatives will commission completed roads in Aba, the commercial nerve centre of Eastern Nigeria before returning the seat of the Caliphate.
Among the roads to be commissioned by Governor Tambuwal are Ehere Road, Umuocham-Umule-Ehilegbu (Tonimas) Road and Umuojima Road, all in Aba.
Umuojima Road will be renamed after a former Deputy Governor of the state, late Dr. Chima Nwafo Road.
Also, Ikpeazu will also flag off the MCC-Samek Road for construction.
Former Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives and Imo State Peoples Democratic Party 2015 governorship candidate, Rt. Hon. Emeka Ihedioha. will accompany Tambuwal to Abia State.
