It is extremely easy for the #EndSARS campaign to be seen only in the context of Nigeria but that will be a fundamental mistake. #EndSARS may have started as a protest against police brutality, but it goes much deeper than that. It is symbolic of all the societal ills of poor governance and the determination of the youth to reverse the trend and take their country back.

Speaking on behalf of the association, the APRA President, Yomi Badejo-Okusanya, expressed their enthusiasm on this new development and how it aligns with one of APRA’s key intervention areas: Promoting Economic Integration in Africa.
