The Victims Support Fund has said it will enhance reconciliation and peace restoration in the communities ravaged by Boko Haram insurgency in the North-East.
He said that the schools, which were destroyed by Boko Haram insurgents, included six in Madagali and three in Hong local government areas of Adamawa.
VSF Executive Director, Prof. Sunday Ochoche, told the News Agency of Nigeria in Abuja that the bulk of the amount was spent on rebuilding schools and hospitals that were destroyed by the Boko Haram insurgents in Borno, Yobe and Adamawa states.
Speaking during a ceremony to mark the commencement of the exercise, Executive Director of the fund, Prof. Sunday Ochoche, said the sum of N390 million would be expended on 13 structures in the area.
