The unaudited results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2025 was announced to the media via a statement issued on Tuesday.

Transcorp said by doing so, it will continue to exceed its 2023 revenue performance of N41.5 billion in the coming years.

Joseph Adegunwa, the Group’s Chief Financial Officer, presented a comprehensive overview of the Group’s performance, highlighting key achievements across its portfolio.

The company made the conformation in a filing on the Nigerian Exchange by its Acting Secretary, Funmi Olofintuyi.

A statement on Wednesday said the 2023 financial results revealed significant improvements in its major income lines.

The conglomerate with strategic investments in Power, Hospitality and Oil  and Gas recorded a revenue of N62.9 billion.
