Nigeria’s participation in the table tennis event of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games has been confirmed on July 1 at the 2019 Africa Para Table Tennis Championship holding in Alexandria, Egypt as four players secured their places in Japan.
Tajudeen Agunbiade won silver in the men’s singles class 9, Faith Obazuaye won silver in the women’s team class 10, while Agunbiade and Olufemi Alabi won bronze in the men’s team class 10.
