Addressing the opening session of the investigative hearing attended by the team of the office of the Accountant General of the Federationled by the Acting Accountant General of the Federation, Sylva Okolieaboh, the Committee being chaired by Hon Busayo Oluwole Oke (PDP-Osun ) frowned at the defence that some of the expenditures were incurred based on existing circulars and directives.
