The EFCC Spokesperson, Wilson Uwujaren, made this known on Monday in Abuja, while reacting to the judgment.
The case was filed against Oronsaye by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Oronsaye made his position known while being cross examined at the Federal High Court, Abuja by EFCC lawyer, Oluwaleke Atolagbe.
The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Oronsaye is being tried, alongside others, for allegedly using inflated biometrics enrolment contracts, collective allowances and other schemes to siphon money from accounts in which pensioners’ funds were kept.
Justice Inyang Ekwo gave the order after the defendants complained that the numbering of documents the prosecution placed before the court was different from what was served on them.

The Federal High Court Abuja, on Tuesday admitted a set of exhibits of 152 pages, marked Pw4 (a) into evidence against Stepehen Oronsaye, former Head of Service of the Federation.
The permission was granted on Wednesday
Oronsaye is charged along with Osarenkhoe Afe, Fedrick Hamilton Global Services Limited, Cluster Logistic Limited, Kangolo Dynamic Cleaning Limited and Drew Investment and Construction Company Limited
