The Governor, who spoke through his Deputy, Engr. Rauf Olaniyan, made the call shortly after a Special Jumat Prayer held at the Oja-ba Central Mosque, Ibadan, in commemoration of Nigeria’s forthcoming 60th anniversary on October 1.
