The Chairman of the Senate Committee on Pensions, Senator Aloysius Etok, (PDP-Akwa Ibom), made this known
Etok had in an interview alleged that the state Governor, Barrister Godswill Akpabio, was after his life after he spurned moves for him to be replaced in 2015 in the National Assembly by Akpabio
He said this was all because of his ambition to return to the Senate in 2015, a position Akpabio is also reported to be eyeing after serving out his constitutionally endorsed two terms as governor
