The resolution to this effect emanated from a point of order raised by Senator John Enoh during plenary on Thursday.

Mark said this when he addressed newsmen after the passage of a bill he is sponsoring into second reading in the Senate.

Under the present administration, the Ministry of Power is merged with that of Works and Housing and headed by Babatunde Fashola.
