Agboke made the plea when the commission took its awareness campaign to Christ Apostolic Church, Oke-Agbara in Ashi, Ibadan.
Prof. Francis Ezeonu, the INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner in Imo, said elections in areas where ballot boxes were seized or where voting was marred by any violence would be voided.
They are: Baba Yusuf (Borno), Dr Uthman Abdulrahman (Kwara), Segun Agbaje (Ekiti) and Dr Cyril Omorogbe (Edo).
Prof. Godswill Obioma, the Resident Electoral Commissioner in Ebonyi, who spoke at a meeting in Abakaliki with NURTW members, said the collaboration was necessary in order to ensure successful elections.
The INEC Director of Publicity and Voter Education, Oluwole Osaze-Uzzi, said in a statement that the new REC was sworn in at the commission’s headquarters on Tuesday in Abuja.
