A statement signed by Olorogun Ese Okobiah and Benson Uwheru, the Chairman and Secretary of the Conference Planning Committee, on behalf of Urhobo Foundation, said the lecture is “aimed at providing an intellectual platform for meaningful and practical engagements with respect to the current National debate on restructuring and the State of the Urhobo Nation”.
