A Kano High Court, on Monday dismissed a suit filed by Jaafar Sani-Bello, a governorship aspirant of the PDP in Kano State, seeking to disqualify the party’s flag bearer, Abba Kabir-Yusuf from contesting the forthcoming election.

This is coming four months after he resigned as Deputy Governor and quit the party.
The Kwakwasiya Political Movement was established by former Kano State Governor, Rabiu Kwankwaso, which is believed to have the capacity to win elections.

Members of the group were received by the Deputy Governor of Kebbi, Alhaji Samaila Yombe, at the APC Secretariat, Birnin-Kebbi on Tuesday.
