Muhammad, a retired Supreme Court Justice made the call at the 35th Annual National Conference of English Scholars’ Association of Nigeria in collaboration with Department of Languages National Open University of Nigeria, Abuja.

Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, will on October 8 at NTA Star times, feature in the inaugural broadcast of a national patriotism programme, `HIYA Nigeria’, aimed at educating Nigerians using local languages and Pidgin English.
