The one-day NIPF will bring together the Nigerian and French governments and private sectors in wide-ranging discussions focused on security, regional stability, trade and industrialization. It aims to attract investment to Nigeria, and bridge existing infrastructure gaps.
Osinbajo stated this on Thursday at the opening session of the virtual edition of the Paris Peace Forum, which featured presentations by some Heads of State and Government alongside international organisations on a collective response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
President Muhammadu Buhari will depart Abuja on Friday for Paris, France, to participate in the first edition of the Paris Peace Forum which opens on Sunday and ends on Tuesday.
