Metuh told the News Agency of Nigeria on Wednesday in Abuja that he was fully confident that the new NWC would lead the party to victory by 2019.
Metuh had requested for records of proceedings of the court for November 4 and 5 when his applications for adjournment were made.
The News Agency of Nigeria reports that the apex court also gave the same date to decide a similar appeal filed by Destra Investment Limited, a company owned by Metuh.
The court had on October 25 directed the service of subpoena order on Dasuki and former President Goodluck Jonathan following Metuh’s application to have the duo as witnesses in the N400 million fraud case instituted against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

Metuh, a former National Publicity of the Peoples Democratic Party, is seeking the appearance of Jonathan to open his defence in the N400 million fraud suit brought against him by the EFCC.
The highly authoritative newspaper said it was told that Metuh’s legal team filed the draft subpoena before Justice Okon Abang shortly after Monday’s proceedings in the suit.
The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Justice Oluwatoyin Ipaye had on April 27, 2016 ordered Mohammed and Metuh to settle their dispute at the mediation court.

Justice Okon Abang in rejecting the request in a ruling, held that the court lacked jurisdiction to order the release of Metuh’s passport having earlier directed that it should be deposited with the Chief Registrar of the Court throughout the period of the PDP spokesperson’s ongoing trial.
He held: “Having gone through the merit of the case, which includes the charge sheet, the court remains convinced that a prima facie has been already established.
