Musa Ladan, the Chairman of the chapter made the call Thursday in Abuja when he led a delegation on a courtesy visit to Amb. Zubairu Dada, the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, to congratulate him on becoming a fellow of the chapter.

Yerima replaces Brig.-Gen. Sagir Musa, who has been redeployed to the Nigerian Army Training Centre (NATRAC), Kontagora in Niger State.

The founder of PRNigeria and author of: “An Encounter with the Spymaster,” Yushau A. Shuaib, has bagged the PR Personality Award from the national headquarters of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations at an event in Lagos.

The event, popularly known as the LaPRIGA, is the high-profile red bow-tie event aimed at recognising excellence and celebrating communications practitioners and stakeholders via awards dinner to boost professionalism and more investment in the practice.

Hasstrup said this in Abuja on Tuesday during a news confrence organised in preparation for the 2019 Annual General Meeting of the NIPR FCT chapter holding between November 5 and November 7.

The Conference, themed: “Conversations to Promote Environmental Sustainability in Nigeria,” is set to draw the attention of government, individuals and corporate organizations to looking at better ways to engage and communicate with the citizens on environmental sustainability, which is a special focus in the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals Envision2030 due to its strategic importance to human sustainability.
