The Court presided over by Justice P.O Lifu made the adjournment after representations made by the Counsel for Rite Foods Ltd of the intention to consolidate another matter which was pending against NBC, before Justice C.J Aneke with the one before Hon. Justice Lifu, in order to have both cases heard and determined by Hon. Justice Lifu.

During the proceedings, Rite Foods’ counsel, Muyiwa Ogungbenro, informed the court that there are several applications before the court that Rite Foods needed more time to respond to. He asked the court to fix another date for the hearing of all pending applications.
