The all inclusive leadership approach of the Chairman has strengthened the management and administrative operations and capacity of the Fund and cemented its relationship internally and externally with the Board, Management, Staff of the Fund, as well as stakeholders such as the Nigeria Employers Consultative Association, the National Labour Advisory Council – consisting of the Nigeria Labour Congress and the Trade Union Congress of Nigeria and the National Economic Council

A statement signed by Dupe Olaoye-Osinkolu (Chairman) and Uchechukwu Akinobi (Secretary) of NAWOJ, Lagos State chapter said “Olejeme is slated to be given special recognition for her philanthropy through the You and I Foundation, which has set a new paradigm in social and humanitarian activism in Nigeria as well as her accomplishments in NSITF and other institutions in Nigeria and abroad”

In a statement issued in Lagos on Tuesday by the Chairman, Urhobo Consultative Forum, Chief Okiemute Obatare, the leaders maintained that there was no better individual to rule the state in 2015 than Olejeme, judging from her antecedents and the need for a visionary leader to pilot the ship of the state

The Chairman, Delta Leaders Forum, Chief Julius Akpomughe, in a statement issued in Asaba, said Olejeme has all the necessary qualities to replace Uduaghan as the governor of Delta State based on her track records in Nigeria and her political savvy, which has made her the bride of all political groups in Delta State
