The association made the development known when the leadership visited the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, to seek the intervention of President Muhammadu Buhari on the matter.
Ukaoha said this in Abuja on Monday during a policy dialogue on key thematic issues on agriculture in Nigeria.
He advised the government to look at other ways of saving money for roads infrastructure such as the reduction of corruption, as well as cut in the cost of running government.
