The Oyo State Government has explained its role in the ongoing reconstruction of the façade of Music House, owned by the Gospel Musician, Yinka Ayefele, which was partially demolished in August this year.

The meeting followed the demolition of Ayefele’s Music House, which houses Fresh FM, by the Oyo State Government on Sunday
Ajimobi had set up the committee at a reconciliatory meeting with the popular musician in his office on Thursday in Ibadan.
Ajimobi said this in an interview he granted the Yoruba Service of the British Broadcasting Corporation
The Oyo State Government on Monday said that due process was followed in the demolition of the Music House belonging to the popular musician, Yinka Ayefele.
Briefing newsmen on Monday in Abuja, the President of the group, Festus Adebayo, described the demolition of the music house of the popular gospel musician as an economic waste and disregard for rule of law.
The state government had marked the structure, located on the Challenge-Toll Gate Road, for demolition for allegedly contravening the state’s planning laws
The government made this known in a statement by the State Commissioner for Information, Culture and Tourism, Toye Arulogun
The musician, in a statement, said he will be remembering with a sense of gratitude to God the accident that caused his been confined to a wheelchair, but fortunately spared his life
