At a joint press conference on Monday to mark 100 days since the ban, the organisations, including Enough Is Enough (EiE) Nigeria, Paradigm Initiative (PIN), the Media Rights Agenda (MRA), and the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP), all took a critical look at the origin of the ban, the blatant disregard for rule-of-law by the federal government and the ban’s dire consequences to the economy and the citizenry of Nigeria.
