The Police Command in Plateau, has arrested Peter Ashom, 80, for allegedly defiling an 11-year-old girl in the state.

The Benue State Police Command has dismissed Belasa Iyangedue, a Constable, for allegedly raping a 16-year-old who was in detention.
The police charged arraigned Kenneth Gagu 36, and Ugboho Joshua 23, with criminal conspiracy and abduction.
