The Chief Magistrate, S. H. Adebisi, who did not take plea of the defendant, said the court would decide on suspect’s bail application April 28 – when the remand lasts.

Azeez, of Alubiagba Compound, Ayetoro-Oke, in Oyo State,  is charged on one count of defilement.

The News Agency of Nigeria reports that Basiru of Aba Alade  area, Olorunsogo, Ibadan, was charged on a count of having unlawful carnal knowledge of a minor.
