The Prosecutor, Sunday Osanyintuyi, told the court that the defendant committed the offence on Oct. 10, 2020 on Olonade Road in Ile-Ife, Osun.

The prosecutor, Insp. Sunday Osanyintuyi said the defendants allegedly converted their employer – SAMJAYDOVE Block Industry’s N2,532,000 to their personal use.

The Prosecution Counsel, Insp Sunday Osanyintuyi, told the court that the defendant committed the offence on Aug 4,  around 7.22 p.m. at the Toll Gate Ibadan Road, Ile-Ife.

Elijah, whose address was not stated, is facing a charge of fraud.

The police charged Ayube, Josiah alongside Oluwaseun Joseph, 22 and Friday Emmanuel, 20, were charged with two counts of conspiracy and theft.

The police charged Opeyemi with murder.
