The News Agency of Nigeria reports that the Executive Secretary of Universal Basic Education Commission, Dr Hamid Bobboyi, and Dr Lami Amodu, the representative of the Minister of Education Adamu Adamu, launched the programme on behalf of President Buhari in Ibadan.
