Uba Sani, the Special Adviser to Governor Nasiru El-Rufai on Political and Intergovernmental Affairs, has picked the All Progressives Congress ticket for Kaduna Central Senatorial District.
Sani, representing Kaduna Central Senatorial District, who spoke to newsmen after a closed door meeting with the President, said they deliberated on issues bordering on strengthening the APC through resolution of all internal strifes in the party
Sani said this when he fielded questions from newsmen at the APC National Secretariat in Abuja after a meeting with the party’s National Chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.
Sani, who represents Kaduna Central Senatorial District at the Senate, said in a statement on Monday in Abuja that it was tragic and unfortunate that people were being killed daily in Nigeria.
Governor El-Rufai had in February sued Sani demanding N500 million for alleged defamatory statement contained in a publication.
Speaking in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, as Guest Speaker at the 5th Olalekan Olomide Platform for Development, held at the Nigerian Union of Journalists secretariat Iyaganku, Ibadan, Sani said the revelation should also cover all those working in the Presidential Villa.

Security personnel were said to have been present when the demolition was carried out at the headquarters of the faction led by Senator Suleiman Hukunyi.
Sani said, the visit, was with a view to getting to the bottom of the issue surrounding the reported case of missing N36 million from the JAMB office in Makurdi, Benue.
Sani, who said this while contributing to the report of the Senate ad-hoc Committee on the Review of the Current Security Infrastructures in Nigeria, slammed President Buhari for watching while things are no more working in the country.
