The Chairman, Senate Committee on Foreign and Local Debt, Senator Shehu Sani, stated this in Abuja at the weekend during a courtesy visit on the Director-General of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons, Julie Okah-Donli.
Okah-Donli made the call in Abuja during a courtesy visit on Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, stressing the collaborative need on the two agencies to start making the demands.
He said the development was part of the on-going effort by the new management to re-position the agency and for better service delivery.
The approval was conveyed to the Director-General of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons, Julie Okah-Donli, by the Hon. Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami (SAN).
Okah-Donli disclosed this on Wednesday in Osogbo, at the inauguration of the North-West Zonal Command Office of the agency.
