The ongoing trial of the accused Kidnap Kingpin, Chukwudumeme Onwuamadike, also known as Evans before a Lagos High Court in Igbosere was on Monday stalled by the absence of his lawyer, Olarenwaju Ajanaku.
Uduji told the court that Evans was also the “so called doctor” that treated bullet wounds sustained by the abduction victim.
Evans said similar charges were pending before a Lagos High Court (Ikeja Division) and therefore should be tried by one judge.
