The Cross River State Chapter of the Nigeria Labour Congress says it will not participate in the 2019 general elections if the federal and state governments fail to implement the N30,000 minimum wage.

The State NLC Chairman, John Ushie, said this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria in Calabar on Wednesday.
