The Vice Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in the February 23, 2019 election, Peter Obi, has commiserated with the Government and people of Lagos State on the collapse, on Wednesday, of a three-storey building in the Ita Faji area of Lagos Island, which claimed several lives, including those of some school children.
