The pupils allegedly defiled by the teacher, who are aged eight, nine, 12 and 14, are sisters from the same father.

The incident was confirmed on Saturday by the spokesman of the Zamfara State Police Command, Shehu Mohammed.

The pupils were abducted from their school premises in June.

Also abducted was one of their school teachers on Wednesday.

The bandits had abducted 138 pupils from the school in May.

Also, some of the 136 abducted pupils of Tanko Salihu Islamiyya School, Tegina in Rafi local government area, are reported to have fallen sick in captivity.

Salihu Tanko Islamiyya School was built by a retired immigration officer in Tegina town.

The corpse was discovered by a farmer, returning from his farm, and who alerted passers-by, NAN learnt.
