Governor Ibikunle Amosun of Ogun State has advised advertising practitioners on ways of growing the country’s economy for their benefit and that of the country in general.
The APC governors at the meeting included: Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi, Aminu Masari of Katsina, Abdul aziz Yari of Zamfara and Ibikunle Amosun of Ogun.

The closed door meeting, which lasted over an hour at the Conference hall of the Governor’s office in Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta, had in attendance Senator Akin Odunsi, Senator Gbenga Kaka, Senator Gbenga Obadara, Hon. Adekunle Adeyemi, Hon. Bukola Braimoh, Hon. Abiodun Abudu-Balogun and Chief Yemi Sanusi.
According to him, the administration never expected the kind of large turnout and participation in the festival which ended last week and added that it was overwhelmed by the patronage.
The appointments, effected by state Teaching Service Commission, brings the total of principals and vice principals appointed by the Senator Ibikunle Amosun-led administration to 433 and 975 respectively.
The politicians on Thursday in Abeokuta led thousands of PDP members from Ogun East Senatorial District of the state into the APC.
Other dignitaries expected at the commissioning are Senator Lanre Tejuosho, Iyalode Alaba Lawson, and many more from the political, government and healthcare sectors.
The honour was bestowed on K1 at the International Stakeholders’ Conference on SDG at the Cultural Centre Kuto, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
According to him, Governor Amosun has carved a niche for himself, not just as one of the best performing governors in Nigeria, but also as one of the best in the history of Ogun State.
