With about 72 hours to the election, the Peoples Democratic Party has unveiled its deputy governorship candidate in Kwara State.

Absence of Justice Babs Kuewumi, on Tuesday stalled continuation of trial of Gbenga Makanjuola, an aide to Senate President, Bukola Saraki, charged with N3.5 billion fraud.

Gbenga Makanjuola, an aide to Senate President, Bukola Saraki, standing trial for alleged N3.5 billion fraud charge, has been granted a N250 million bail by a Lagos Federal High Court.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission had preferred an 11 count charge against Makanjuola, Obiorah Amobi and a company, Melrose General Services Ltd, bordering on fraud allegations.
