The Federal High Court in Abuja prosecuting Suswam in the alleged fraud charges was stunned when the fourth prosecution witnesses informed the court that he is an illiterate and does not understand English language, being the official language in the court
At the resumed trial on Tuesday, the prosecution witness and a detective with the EFCC, Junaidu Sa’id, told the court that his team investigated the petition dated July 14, 2015 against Suswam and Okolobia
He said he received strange visitors at his residence on the evening of the last day he appeared before commission.
