Chairman of the Commission, Victor Muruako, told newsmen on Wednesday in Abuja that it arrived at the figure based on analyses of the annual audited financial reports of the agencies concerned.
The Senate Committee chaired by Senator Mathew Urhoghide hinged the query on 2018 audited report which is being considered by the National Assembly.
