Addressing the media at Alausa on the preparedness for heavy rainfalls which resume in September and the release of water from the Oyan Dam, Commissioner for the Environment and Water Resources, Tunji Bello said the capacity of primary and secondary drains have been enhanced through consistent cleaning and clearing to contain run offs.

The task was given by the Commissioner for the Environment and Water Resources, Tunji Bello, while addressing participants at a stakeholders meeting on maintenance of tertiary drains at the LCCI Conference Centre, Alausa.
