It is my pleasure to be in your midst today. I thank you for your invitation to me to be the Chairman of the 7th Annual Conference of your highly respected organisation. The successful conduct of the 2023 general elections and peaceful handover of reins of power from one government and administration to another signify progress on our democratic journey. This is commendable.
