Okonkwo, who stated this while addressing stakeholders, statutory delegates, local government and Ward executives of the PDP at Umunze during his Meet-the-Delegates tour to Orumba South council area, said only the right kind of leadership can create such policies that can create wealth and develop the state.

Dr. Okonkwo’s declaration may have boosted the chances of the PDP, which seeks to upstage the ruling All Progressives Grand Alliance and return to power in the state, given his widening followership on account of his reputation for delivery.
Okonkwo, who would be discussing: “The Value of Diversity: Restructuring To Save Nigeria,” follows the footsteps of former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo, among many professionals and academics who had honoured invitation to lecture on selected topics.
