Samuel was arrested when he was accosted by policemen from Ogere division who were on routine patrol of their area.

They were arrested following a complaint lodged at the Ogere Divisional Headquarters by one Rilwan Mohammed.

The suspect was arrested following information received by policemen attached to Ogere Divisional Headquarters that four men were sighted around Agunwarogo area of Ogere and their movement suspicious.
