The statement said Ngige prevailed on labour unions in the Ministry of Health to shelve their industrial action and allow the Permanent Secretary, Amina Shamaki, to return to duty
He said: “I have observed with dismay the growing inter-and intra-union squabbles, which had eroded union solidarity and cooperation.
