An FCT High Court in a writ of summons obtained on Monday by the News Agency of Nigeria dated September 6 and served on Fatoyinbo, ordered the Pastor to appear before it within 14 days of the service or judgment may be given in his absence.
This came after Fatoyinbo surrendered himself for questioning over rape allegations levelled against him by Busola Dakolo
Fatoyinbo had been accused by Busola Dakolo, wife of soul singer, Timi Dakolo, of having raped her in her growing up years.
The PFN National Publicity Secretary, Bishop Emma Isong, stated that the committee spoke to the parties involved in the matter and Fatoyinbo declined to honour invitations, despite efforts by the committee members and leadership of the Christian body.
