Akabueze made the clarification while fielding questions from participants at a virtual presentation of the 2021-2023 Medium Term Expenditure Framework and Fiscal Strategy Paper in Abuja on Friday.
Akabueze disclosed this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria in Abuja.
He announced this at the opening of the National Training for Personnel of Ministries, Departments and Agencies on 2018 Budget Preparation, using Government Integrated Financial Management Information System in Lagos.
