According to a statement by the command’s spokesperson, Abimbola Oyeyemi, the suspect was arrested on the 6th of May 2022, following a report lodged at Owode Egbado divisional headquarters by the victim, who reported that she met the suspect on Facebook sometime in 2021, and they had been chatting since then.
