In a message to felicitate with the people to mark the 30th anniversary of the creation of the state, Ogieh said the people have reasons to celebrate as the state has been able to overcome its challenges to become an outstanding example of how to build a multi-ethnic society.

To ensure the success of the initiative, the Bashorun Askia Foundation is also undertaking to pay the salaries of all teachers engaged to teach the Isoko language in all the secondary schools in Isoko land.
