The endorsement of President Mohammadu Buhari’s re-election bid by Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria has drawn the ire of the Atiku Mandate Group, which said “the body is certainly one of the most destabilising groups that have wreaked havoc on Nigerians and looking more like an endorsement by Boko Haram.”

The plan, according to the group, is not a campaign promise but a working policy statement that encompasses all areas that afflict every sector of the society and therefore gives Nigerians hope of a better future.
