In her judgment, she directed Zenith Bank to pay an interest of 15 per cent per annum on the N872,780,522.84 from May 17, 2011, when the advanced payment guarantees expired till judgment and thereafter at the rate of 10 per cent per annum until final liquidation
The Court, presided by Justice Bature Gafai, upheld the argument of Akpoti-Uduaghan’s Counsel, Johnson Usman.
The approval was sequel to the report presented by Chairman, Senate Committee on Judiciary and Legal Matters , Senator Opeyemi Bamidele on the floor of the Senate.
