The National President of CHSR, Alex Omotehinse, made this plea in a statement in Lagos following the police arrest of some persons suspected to be involved in the massive looting and destruction of public and private property recently.

Lagos State chapter of Committee for the Defence of Human Rights has urged Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu to address controversies over the weekly environmental sanitation held in markets in the state on Thursdays.

Omotehinse said the Governor should be cautioned on the new schedule of Executive Order on traffic offences leading to penalties such as impounding of vehicles and imprisonment of offenders among others.
